High-efficiency film pack (in PVC, ABS or PP)

12-mm flute gap

ideal for most applications in which water and air are fairly clean.

19-mm flute gap

for when the concentration of solids dissolved in the water exceeds 1000 ppm.

27-mm flute gap

used when water and air are heavily laden with contaminants.

Splashtube (Polyethylene)

The answer to fouling in cooling towers. The revolutionary, high temperature, non-fouling SPLASHTUBE encompasses

all types of "splash requirements with the efficiency of a trickle grid.

Splashtube has been developed for applications in which water or air borne particles of fibres would foul conventional cooling towers.

This new cooling-tower filling is particularly suited for use in the mining, chemicals, paper and textiles industries.

Splashtube is manufactured from polyethylene tubes with very large apertures that eliminate fouling. The tubes provide bath splash and trickle surfaces for cooling and have been fully thermally tested.

The strong lightweight construction and the unique packing method make them extremely easy to remove, clean and reinstall.

An additional benefit is the tubular arrangement, with water an air in counter-flow, resulting in a low airside pressure drop.
